Dear dilemma and Hari’s curry club collective. So, when I go to a BIR I always have a king prawn dish and fancied a prawn vindaloo tonight . Today I went to my fishmonger and bought these beauties. Fresh prawns from the Adriatic , you can also eat them raw , just “ cooked” in lime or lemon juice. I have a fresh coconut that needs using too. Seems a shame to make a vindaloo with these babies now, what to do 🤦‍♀️🤔
