In the end I made Prawn Peera a dry curry from Kerala with kokum, fresh grated coconut, chillies , ginger, shallots and curry leaves. Accompanied with mushroom rice and Bengal red lentils with spices. TT couldn’t make it, his second vaccine on thurs night has left him all feek and weeble, bless! Hoping he’s on form tomorrow night as I booked us 3 a table for the final regardless who went through. He ‘s happy cos he’s half italian 😁.
