Happy birthday Hari 🎂 Hope you're having a lovely, relaxing time and letting someone else cook for you today. I loved the Vindaloo I cooked yesterday. It makes a nice change to have pork and it's perfect for this dish. I used plenty of dried red chillies and extra black peppercorns love the fiery effect in my mouth, just enough, without spoiling the flavour. 🔥🔥🔥
