I decided to fry my Bombay Duck last night. I took advantage of my neighbours either side being away and cooked in the back garden after shutting all the house windows. I had two different packets of Lotia, one from India (yellow packet) and one from Myanmar. Both are good but my favourite is the one from Myanmar - it has a much stronger flavour and is the closest taste I can remember eating at Indian restaurants many years ago.
