I still appear to be running a week behind ATM 🤷‍♂️. Saturday evening was Pork Vindaloo 😁 The mere mention of it and Mrs M turned pale but I explained that it was one of Hari's recipes and so it was all about flavour rather than testing the body's immune system 🥵. Without doubt another winner 🏆 😁👍
