A light Masala lemon chicken with al dente falia di sabzi, complemented with summery inspired salads of sun ripened tomato katchumber, mango catchumber and avocado salsa with plain basmati rice and fennel laacha parantha. My friends who are over from the UK and only get BIR were very impressed. Thanks Hari for the unique recipes they went down a storm!!
