Tonight I wanted to try something I hadn't done before and decided on Hari's Murgir Jhol - Bengali (easy tiger 🐅 🤦‍♂️) Chicken Curry 😁. I decided to make a thicker, richer, sauce which concentrates the flavour and 8 chillies to give it a bite 😏. This has now been added to my very long list of Hari's favourites 🥰
