It's not one of Hari's recipes - it's not even Indian cuisine but I have to share this with you. Rack of pork ribs, marinated in yellow mustard and a dry rub. Then smoked in the BBQ for 3 hours, and covered in a sweet sticky BBQ sauce for another hour. Best ribs I have ever tasted ๐Ÿ˜‹
