I loved the creamy cashew chicken dish in Hari's meal box. It looks like the same recipe as her frozen sauce so I may well buy a few for the freezer for when I'm short on time. This week it was back to doing it the old fashioned way 🤷‍♂️ - well almost. I still had some naan dough left over which I'd saved in the freezer. The nearest creamy cashew recipe I could find is Hari's Chicken Tikka Masala. I cooked the chicken on the BBQ 😁 and was a bit heavy handed with the cream which is why it looks a bit anaemic 🙅‍♂️ but the taste was spot on 😁👍
