My inspiration today was reading about Hari's Mum and her Indian style butchered mutton 😋 I went immediately to my local Asian butcher and bought the same. A few hours later my kitchen (and much of the close neighborhood) was filled with the mouthwatering aroma of Mutton Bhuna. Such a rich, delicious taste 😋
