Hi @max @Andrew no they are not as light as plain roti. They are half way between roti and parantha really. Great with yoghurt too!

Ok @max @Andrew here is my missi roti recipe -
300g atta, 50g gram flour, 1tsp salt, 1tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1-2 tsp garam masala, 2 red onions minced, 4 chillies minced, coriander chopped, ghee.
Mix everything with water (1/2cup) to make a soft dough. Roll out small balls and cook on the tava, turn and drizzle with ghee and turn over again until cooked through.
Is that ok?
