Decided that I would like to re-make Chileshes’ Zambian fish curry. Fresh off the boat sea bass with a aloo ghobi and basmatic rice for Mr Bun, TT and Mr Buns sister. It is so simple but so scrummy. Due to a moment of utter insanity, I have been trying to lose 10 kilos before a major birthday😂😂🤦♀️ . So not much curry cooking going on in my house. I did make Hari’s jeera chicken wings a few weeks ago though. Very tasty but apparently they are chicken shoulders, who knew??🤔🤷♀️
