Hi all it’s been a long time since I posted - I’ve been living in a rental for the last year away from all my curry implements in a new town with a barely adequate kitchen. Well, we just moved into our dream home, I have a wonderful gas hob and this morning we found an amazing Indian grocery shop that we didn’t know about so I can actually buy spices again! It’s all coming together for some epic Indian food in the future 👍
