Last nights curry club a chez moi. Mr Buns cousin gifted us a whopping great cauliflower so I planned the menu around it. I made Gobi Musallam with a third of it!! That was a first time recipe and I finally made a chicken vindaloo , another first. Could have been a tad hotter but it was lovely and aromatic so Mr Bun and TT said. A rich dal makhani ( I love that dal and the aroma of it ) and basmati . Happy forks😋
