I've used these coated nuts in so many Indian dishes, including my annoyingly weekly crepe updates. That said, I wanted to share my hatred of these with each to you. πŸ˜‰ 1-2 egg whites (depends on the amount but 2 usually are warranted by over 1.5 kilos of nuts, so let's not be greedy) whipped into stiff peaks. Add the roasted (or not I'm not judging you ... ) nuts and fold in. Add spices then bake @ 150C/300F for 30 mins with a 'shoodge' halfway through. PERFECT for anything wanting spiced nuts. I used (in abundance): garlic powder, paprika, cumin, pepper, salt, pepper. may eat half of this before tonight ends. πŸ™ƒ
