Any suggestions to improve my baking of naan? I’ve tried in a frying pan and then the grill. I’ve tried just the frying pan. They come out heavy and doughy. One of these is a bit charred. This is a sourdough naan but my yeasted naan are much the same. We have a mega curry night tomorrow. Sheila is doing FIVE curries plus accompaniments for five people. I’d really like to have naan good enough to serve.
