@Hari Ghotra Tamil Black Pepper Chicken with extra chilli. Thanks @Debbie Gorman for the inspiration - and as it happens perspiration 😨. Mrs Ms eyes were watering - tears of joy and happiness of course 😊. After 2 (actually nearer 3) weeks away from the kitchen it was great to be back. The only low point of our holiday was when Mrs M had her credit cards stolen 😲 but I haven't reported it as the thief is spending less than she did 😁. Merry Christmas everyone 🤶
