Happy New Year to all of you. Mr Bun and I decided to make some of our favourite seafood dishes for New Years Eve instead of going out and catching Omicrom. It is rife in our valley🤦‍♀️. Crostini with fresh marinaded anchovies , prawn cocktail with avocado (homemade sauce no nasty ketchup for me) and smoked salmon parcels with a smoked salmon mousse fillng. Scallops sauteed in butter, mussels in white wine and a lot of freshly ground black pepper and calamari in a thick tomato and chilli sauce on bruschetta. TT provided the prosecco!
