Happy New Year everyone. This weekend was about using up the leftovers. On Saturday I cooked a turkey and ham pasta bake with peppers, chilli, San Marzano tomatoes with a 6-cheese topping. Then on Sunday I used the masala lamb we had on Christmas Eve (frozen afterwards) to make a lamb bhuna with chilli paneer, potato pakoras, boondis from the left over batter and salt & pepper cheesy garlic pizza bread.
