Finally got round to making mincies and sausage rolls thursday, Epiphany is a holiday here so I thought I would bake for us and TT. The lemon meringue pie was my second attempt. The ex Mrs TT requested one for her christmas pressie and I followed a Delia recipe, unmitigated disaster. 🤦‍♀️🤬😢This time I asked my very culinary talented aunt to send me her recipe. Result! TT and Mrs ex TT got food parcels and were very happy bunnies! Yes there is a sliver missing from the pie, I had to check it was up to standard this time 🤔😂
