As promised, cooked the chicken nariyal last night and we had it with leftover Sarson ki saag and dhal from thursdays supper. First time I have made the nariyal and it was lovely, a great balance of flavours and not too creamy. I used coconut milk as the cream is difficult to find here on occasion.
