Hi everyone! Please excuse my sudden absence since New Year. After eight months off work, I have now returned and have much less time for cooking. Today, I had planned to cook Mrs Balbir's Pork Vindaloo. However, on the way to the supermarket I called into an Asian food store where the butcher offered me some succulent looking beef. So, instead, I decided to cook another of my favourites, Beef Rendang.
