Back in my happy place last night , cooking along with you Hari and seeing all the comments from the other Curry Club clan! I had imagined that Nick would be online too like the other times to talk about his work etc.... Anyway here is my Gurkha/ Nepali chicken with Dal Makhani which rather overpowered the delicate flavour of the chicken🤦‍♀️. Fresh spinach with fennel seeds and garlic and rice. Time ran out for making parantha. Mr Bun and TT thoroughly enjoyed the new kid on the block as did I. Many thanks as always. 🥰
