Saturday nights “Frankenstein “prawn curry . I took ideas from 3 curries and came up with this. I used coconut oil, mustard seeds, sliced shallots, curry leaves, sliced garlic, green chillies, kashmir chilli powder and a touch of turmeric, grated coconut and coconut milk. Made Haris’ lemon rice which was a first cook and was amazing. Love the texture from the cashews. Simple but tasty!
