It's been a very busy time for me since I returned to work and I haven't had much time for cooking. This week has been particularly hectic, my wife has been busy with Thai new year so I decided to dig out a curry from the freezer I had cooked a few weeks ago. Chicken Vindaloo and a big spoonful of Lime Pickle - so delicious 😋 Maybe not such a good picture as I only thought about taking it while I was halfway through eating 😋
