I've no idea what to call this other than "lamb back chop covered in a randomly made, thick sauce". I'm not a great fan of pre-made curry pastes but this turned out very well: A large quantity of chopped onions, pressed garlic, grated ginger and grated turmeric, fried in oil until soft and browned at the edges. Cinnamon stick. One can of peeled, chopped tomatoes. Three tablespoonfuls of Ferns hot curry paste. One big teaspoonful of Mr Naga curry sauce. Paprika powder, chilli powder, dried methi leaves, garam masala, ground cumin. One small can of coconut cream. Kerawa water πŸ˜‹
