I had high hopes for tonight's meal 🤞 - Hari's Pork Vindaloo with Cumin Potatoes 😁 but this exceeded my expectations 😮. I overdid the chillies again 🌶🌶 - more tears of joy from Mrs M - so added a blob of Greek yoghurt. Not only did this calm the heat but took the flavours to another level. 😋
