Hi Hari, I have recently discovered you, so very glad I did. I caught the end of Fridays balti and made one tonight. I started in large pan only to realise any sauce would be spread too thinly☹. Moved to smaller pan, great sauce, cooked beautifully. No time for roti so had rice instead with chickpea curry. Loving your app and website.
