My first recipe from Hari's new book 😁 Schmokin' Tandoori Wings 😍 but without the Schmokin' bit this time 🤷‍♂️ My first challenge was to find Hari's book 🤔 Mrs M had it 🤦‍♂️ Decided to do them in the oven. The electricity probably cost more than the chicken wings 😬 After 45 mins they were cooked but a bit anaemic and not very crispy ... so 5 mins each side under the grill soon sorted that. I loved them and they even got the thumbs up from Mrs M 👍
