More ‘Indian for everyone’ cooking today, mango chutney but made with persimmons from the garden which are a perfect substitute and oh wow, pulled lamb shoulder, simply the best tasting bbq sauce EVER! I also made some bread for the week ahead, all after a cheeky 10k run this morning, Happy days!
