Friday so it's fish night! Made the Kerela fish curry but with whole sea bream simmered in the coconut sauce for about 15 mins. Easy and quick. We drank a local white wine from the Gascogne area. Light but very aromatic and a very good match to the coconut sauce. Is anyone else cooking fish this weekend?
