Looking for something different using venison (aka deer meat). Nèed something to brighten up the go too. It's spring, nothing heavy, no stews or chillies, something that has spice, the needed fat, a maybe a new way of preparation and when I say no Chilli I means Chilli and beans in a bowl, nothing to do with the Chilli: kashmir, jalapeño, habanero, Serrano, poblano, Thai, sweet, hot. Just need something new. I have ground, roast, steak and ribs, suggestions please.
