Oh my life.. Just made Hari's Dhansak! (not lamb, I did chicken) Just Amazing! It is SO unbelievably GOOD.

Hari's recipe's for lamb dhansak, but it works fabulously for chicken (500g boneless skinless thighs, I used). Great masala. You've got to give it a go. It's the best I've made. 😀💕

right got it, I'm going to combine moong masoor Di dhal next time I cook it and go from there. cool 😎

I've always loved this in the restaurants, but never been able to cook it. I used a left over Hari red lentil dhal, instead of the pulses, with half butternut squash, quarter swede and 1 carrot for 'sweet'. Tamarind worked great for sour. Ace!
