Another batch of potato Bondas graced our mealtime today. My wife and I absolutely love the taste of these, both hot and cold. I usually make a good size batch and after eating a few hot and crispy ones, the remainder go in the fridge. We can’t resist just sneaking the odd one every time we pass the fridge. They are absolutely delicious. Tip: If time is limited, or we’re in a rush, these are often made with frozen mash. It can save a good 30-40 minutes. The photo is what’s left for our fridge stock 😁
