This is the first Indian food I've cooked in many months. No recipe, I just made it up as I went along. To be honest, it's far too hot here at the moment to spend too much time in the kitchen. My wife's niece's wanted to taste some Indian food for the very first time and they thought it was delicious - that's encouraging. Just wait until I really get going 😋😋
