Today I decided to cook one of my all time favourites, Pork Vindaloo. It's one dish I've cooked many times and each time the taste has been out of this world. If I had been served this in a restaurant, I'd be banging on the kitchen door to compliment the chef. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ By the way, I must also also comment on the delicious rice - grown by my sister-in-law and cooked by my wife πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
