Every time I make this, I wonder why I don't make it more often as it's so quick and simple and and always delicious πŸ˜‹ I don't even know what it's called apart from perhaps, spicy scrambled eggs. I've been making it on and off for years, back in the days when I couldn't afford to buy meat. Fry sliced onion in ghee together with s little salt. Add a little chilli powder, a little turmeric, a little garam masala and one or two chopped green chillies. When the tomatoes have broken down add lightly beaten eggs. Stir continuously and when nearly cooked, add a little coconut cream. Stir together and serve. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
