Purchased some chickpea flour from my local Indian market. Attendant said it was fine. I can't get it to make more than a thick, mildly hard rock. Mind you, there were 15-ish bags of different chickpea flour there (not accounting for different sizes). I believe I should go back and purchase a different pack, but I need your insight. Any help is appreciated.
