I had the joy of exploring Spanish 🇪🇸 cuisine this week onboard Galeón Andalucía - from chestnut fed Iberico ham, local cheese wine such as Fino en Rama and much more. I had the ultimate pleasure of trying Ajo blanco or white gazpacho! It was incredible - a garlic and almond cold soup that was so delicious I can’t put it into words!! If we have anyone on the app that can share a recipe with me I would be most thankful!!
