As promised here is the recipe for the Keralan Fish Curry that we'll be cooking together on Friday. It's looking like you guys want to make the curry with the lemon rice so make sure you have some plain rice cooked and ready before we start. I like to add cashews but you don't have to. Check out the recipe on the link below. Have a fab evening!

Hey @Andrew Bacon it was great to have you join us last night thanks so much. There isn’t really a substitute. Some people use bay but it’s not the same. Just miss them out. You can order these from my site and the app and I will get them out to ASAP. Thanks again and I hope you join us again.

we do have one @Hari Ghotra, but it's the other side of town. I'll have to take a trip over. I'm thinking of doing green beans with ginger and garlic tonight.

@Sue Geen something like the dimply spiced seasonal
Veg is good and quick. Pat boil the veg first. Or jeera aloo too. I get curry leaves from my local Indian grocery shop. Do you know if you have one Claire we by?

Yes that’s right @jenny52 you don’t have to use a tbsp of chilli powder

on the web Hari it says you can reduce the chilli powder to 2 tsp, which you don't state here, but i guess gives a guidance if you don't want it too hot
