Hi folks, well it has been an age since I posted anything. Hope you are all doing well and life is being kind. So, I have finally remembered to start my lime pickle in the summer where it needs a sunny window🤦♀️ I have a question though. Can it be too hot for the month you need to start the process. Living in Italy with high temps and hot sun has got me wondering but I am guessing all that salt will conserve it?
