So tonight it’s a combo. For my wife’s sisters who enjoy vegan food, I prepared a pumpkin, chickpea and coconut cream curry. For the rest of the family, I portioned out some of the above and added some marinated chicken cubes. The second dish was potato and cumin seeds prepared in coconut oil with tumeric, chilli and fresh coriander. It was so delicious . If it was only for me, I would have added butter, dried fenugreek and a good quality chill powder,
