My local takeaway does a dish called Lamb Boroda. It’s a dish with lamb mince and finely chopped egg in a creamy medium hot sauce. I’ve had a go at my own today swapping the keema for tender lamb chunks. It was amazing. Served with my homemade chapattis and rice!
