This is a Goan Chilli Fry (chicken), which I had when I was in Goa. It's made with a garlic sauce, peppers and chillies. Any ideas on how to recreate the sauce? 🇮🇳

sounds good. I'll give that a go too.
Great! I will give it a go and post with the result. 👍😁
@Jess H I think some thing like my jalfrezi sauce would work without the yoghurt. I would also marinade the chicken strips with cumin, chilli powder, Garam masala, lemon juice, garlic and stir fry them first then mix with the tomato sauce and peppers and fry until the sauce clings to the meat.
That's right, Hari - it was a thick, dry, garlic sauce, not sweet or sour.
Hi @Sue Geen and @Jess H assume my it wasn’t a sweet and sour flavour more dry and spicy?
what do you think @Hari Ghotra
how about doing the chilli paneer sauce with the chicken? should work ok.
