Yes @sammybexon @Sue Geen is right the ground stuff can be a bit strong and bitter so be careful with it. Let me know if you can’t find any of the dried herb.

the flavour of ground fenugreek seeds is a bit different to those of the leaves (but equally yummy). @sammybexon . if you can't find fresh ( and amazingly my local market sells it right alongside cabbages etc) it's sold in Indian grocers, as 'Kasuri methi', in dried form. or it's available in @Hari Ghotra 's online shop in dried form.

@Sue Geen I used ground fenugreek as I couldn’t find any fresh or dried methi in the shops they only had ground fenugreek
