#FridayCurryClub is happening next week at 6.30pm and I thought cooking a paneer dish would be fun. I know some of you would prefer meat so you can just sub in some chicken into any of these dishes. The winning dish will be posted on Monday so you have time to prepare. So your choices are:

@andrewsherman yes tat would work or even a baby muslin. Makhani is a tomato sauce with lots of spices made in a very different way. I love it!
