After a gorgeous cookalong meal now a little bit of India and Scotland with a nice cup of tea.

Thanks @Jo Dunn Your Nana’s scones and little kitchen sound lovely. I remember pancakes on a girdle. No I bought it when visiting family recently. I miss it so much in the US.

How wonderful! I so agree re. memories with food... My Nana's hot tattie scones and drop scones on her 'girdle' (not griddle) in her tiny kitchen in Stranraer, watching the boats and ships from her window 💕 Did you make the tablet yourself @traceyross ?

It is @Jo Dunn. That’s lovely your Mum made it for you. Love the memories food brings too.

My mum (a Scot) used to make tablet for us as kids. Happy times 💕

And relax @traceyross the fennel candy is amazing to help boost your digestion. Those Scottish slabs look great too! Enjoy 😊
