Probably less fat, yes. Only 200 calories in the paneer.

So I think I have a rough guide to yesterday’s meal calories. Around 520 calories. Paneer makhani and potato side. Not telling about the calories in the cider though 😊

Do you mean I the sauce @Jo Dunn ? Just don’t heat up to vigorously! Gently does it and it should be ok.

just a thought... if used fat free yogurt instead of cream in the sauce how would u stop it sepatating/curdling?

thanks @andrewsherman . I think I'll reheat in microwave. should avoid any problems. also as soon as boiled I'll cooled down in cold water to prevent continued cooking.

I'm very pumped up now for egg curry. 😁already boiled them, but didn't know about not boiling them too hard. thanks for the tip @andrewsherman . too late for me, as I got bullets for eggs now probably 🙄
