Yes, try it, @Sue Geen!! It is not so complicated as it seems. Hari gives very good instructions! Try her vegetable filling, it‘s wonderful.

Yes, they did! I made the samosas with a meat filling following your recipe for Lamb Kebap. I only changed the quantity of onions, i. e. 3 onions for 300 gr meat. The onions make it juicy. And certainly I fried the onions golden brown before adding the meat to the pan. Thanks!
