My hens are in Wahay Laying Mode and I collect about 7 or 8 eggs per day at mo. So had the idea of making Hari’s Anda Di Sabjee. Our coriander hasn’t grown enough yet so I toasted some coriander seeds and ground them in pestle and mortar instead. Really flavoursome and easy curry to make; as usual your recipes are well-explained and easy to follow - thank you Hari 🤗
